  • On Saturday, April 26, the Mesa County Fairgrounds will host the free Cycle Safety Fest from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 19 groups—including the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, Mesa County, the City of Grand Junction, and Bicycle Colorado—providing free demo rides, interactive games and food to promote road safety.  Mesa County

  • Grand Valley Power has signed a three-year deal with Redlands Water and Power Company to buy 1.4 megawatts of renewable hydropower from its plant on Power Road—enough to power about 420 homes and boost the cooperative’s clean energy mix.  WesternSlopeNow.com
  • Grand Junction’s Komodo Pickleball launched its patent-pending Bioball – a biodegradable pickleball that breaks down completely in landfills.
