- ➤ Infinity Media Productions is producing Felina, an action-thriller featuring a cast and crew drawn entirely from the community + local sites; filming began in February, key scenes wrapped in April, and the final showdown will start on June 15. Grand Junction Daily Sentinel

- ➤ Palisade High released roughly 250 endangered fish on Friday at Riverbend Park as part of a year-long hatchery program that has yielded over 1,500 fish. - ➤ Mesa County is moving forward with a sidewalk and drainage project to improve ADA access near Broadway Elementary along 22 1/2 Road and Greenbelt Drive. Construction will begin this summer — work on 22 1/2 Road is scheduled during school break with completion expected by early fall. Mesa County
- ➤ The Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control released a wildfire response plan on Thursday that uses technology for early detection to help limit large fires amid severe drought conditions across the Western Slope (the plan aims to reduce future costs). KJCT
