- ➤ A 43-year-old man named Melvin Johnson threatened his roommate with a knife and barricaded himself inside a motel room around 1:25 p.m. Sunday at Columbine Motel in Grand Junction—officers arrested him after he refused to cooperate, and no injuries were reported. WesternSlopeNow.com
