- ➤ A new national funding bill has banned some hemp products, and a Grand Junction dispensary owner said the rule will force consumers to buy CBD only from licensed stores and may hurt local businesses. - ➤ Colorado’s wolf restoration program is facing setbacks after a tenth reintroduced wolf died and new federal rules now block the use of Canadian-sourced wolves, lowering the survival rate to 60.
