- ➤ JP Carriage Service will offer free horse-drawn carriage rides every weekend until Christmas on Main Street to give families and visitors a nostalgic look at local heritage. The rides run Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 3 p.m. (pickup is at the corner of 4th Street and Main Street) and will let riders learn about the city’s history. KJCT
- ➤ On November 30, hundreds of motor enthusiasts gathered at Canyon View Park for a car show honoring 8-year-old Danial Beckner, who was diagnosed with a fast-growing brain tumor—doctors said he had six months to live last year but he continues fighting.
